With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this two-story townhouse can accommodate up to 6 Lucky guests. The parlor, which opens to the dining room, will be to your left when you enter the foyer. A door in the dining room leads to a private deck, the perfect quiet spot to enjoy a cup of coffee as you start you day. Inside, just off of the dining room is the elevated kitchen, which features an ample amount of counter space and everything you need to enjoy an evening in. The homes' half bath is neatly tucked away under the staircase. At the top of the stairs you'll find the laundry room and a subway tile shower/tub combination, with a large vanity, that boasts with light. Each bedroom features a king size beds, large smart television, and plenty of storage for your belongings. The main bedroom, facing the front of the home overlooking the tree-lined streets, additionally features a bright and airy ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. In the morning, stroll down the cobblestones of Jones Street, dubbed America's prettiest street by Southern Living Magazine, for breakfast at Clary's Cafe, the setting for several breakfast scenes in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. From there, you'll be steps away from the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, which underwent a major restoration to preserve their beautiful stained glass windows and architectural integrity. What is parking like for this home? Non-metered Parking This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends. Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
