Closet and Chest of Drawers. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with tub on the main level. Lower Level: Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Pack and Play Crib, Dresser, Closet Media Room: Full Size Sofa Bed. Other things to note You must be 21 to book. You will be required to sign a rental agreement after the booking is confirmed. Full terms of the agreement are available on request. Additionally, you will be required to upload an approved government identification card or passport when you complete the rental agreement. The price you are quoted when you book the property is based on the total number of guests you inputted. If your guest count increases after you book the property you may be charged. Up to two dogs may stay at the property. The first dog is includes in the nightly rate. The second dog incurs a $25/night fee. No more than 4 cars allowed.
