The space This lower chalet of 60 m² can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of a warm living room with two sofas convertible into double beds, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom. Outdoor parking. Ski room. Departure with skis ! Shuttle bus at 200 m from the chalet to the city center and the ski lifts. The accommodation : You will have the whole lower part of the chalet at your disposal. The upper part of the chalet is a family residence occupied occasionally by the owners. Large living room of about 35 m² fitted out with : - Cosy living room with three sofas of which two convertible into double beds 160 x 190 cm (4 beds). Curtains allow to separate the living room from the dining room-kitchen area. - Dining room for 8 guests, TV - Fully equipped open kitchen : fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine... Night space : - Bedroom 1 : double bed 160 x 200 cm, storage space - Bedroom 2 : double bed 160 x 200 cm, storage space - Bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer - Separate WC Exterior: - Large open garden, with a view of the surrounding pine forest. Table and chairs for your meals outside. You will be able to observe the squirrels, the birds and the deer ! Quietness and serenity guaranteed! - Possibility to park 3 cars in the garden Guest access You will have access to all the ground floor of the chalet and to the garden. The upper floor is the owner residence Other things to note There are cameras outside (garden, garage) and a security alarm at the entrance. One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
