The Lupine house is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2700 sq ft home with private outdoor hot tub, 2 gas fireplaces, in-floor heat, travertine floors and showers/tub surrounds, LED flat screen TVs, leather furniture, private porches with gas BBQ, lots of privacy, fire pit, large yard and horse shoe pit, all with incredible view! Our property sits on the bluff 550 feet above sea level, overlooking Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains. Large sitting area off master bedroom (separated by french doors) has a gas fireplace, couch, 2 reclining chairs and desk. • Upstairs bedroom = 1 queen bed, 2 chairs & 40 in flat screen TV. Full bathroom with shower located right outside bedroom. • Downstairs bedroom = 1 king bed, 2 chairs & 40 in flat screen TV. All but entry deck face the view. • Custom made blackout curtains We provide: Bedding/linens, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, hand soap, kleenex, toilet paper, hair dryer, bathroom spray, Qtips, dishes, wine glasses, shot glasses, cookware, utensils, kitchen towels, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, spices, cooking spray, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamers, sugar, tea, hot chocolate, tin foil, laundry detergent, trash bags, games, books, hot tub towels, fully stocked fire pit (fire starter, wood, kindling) and hot dog/marshmallow sticks. Lupine has a 3 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season. There is NO daily maid service. The Lupine is located at Baycrest Lodge and we have an office onsite. If someone is not in the office, we are always available by phone. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have or help you find activities! A car is highly recommended Hot tub policy: The hot tubs are for paying guests only for their reserved unit's hot tub. We do not allow non paying guests. Showering is required prior to entering hot tub. Children must be supervised by parents or responsible adult. Use hot tub at your own risk. We will be by DAILY to clean the hot tub. After each use, please replace hot tub cover and bungee/tie downs. You will be charged to replace the lid if it gets carried away in the wind or it's left open all night. If we have to drain and refill the hot tub due to abuse and/or excessive dirtiness, you will be charged $350.
