The original brick is still exposed in the kitchen, adding the cutest charm to the home. Beautifully restored by Chip and Joanna Gaines. Come stay and see all that Waco has to offer!l The space Two bedrooms are located in the downstairs area. The shiplap room has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom and second bath are located upstairs with a king bed. Guest access The entire house is yours, as well as the large backyard. Other things to note The third bedroom and second bathroom is located in a converted attic space with a window AC unit and a split level. The upstairs has not been renovated by Chip and Joanna Gaines. It is a clean "normal" space.
