The Bikini Room - Across the hall from the master suite, this is the more "tranquil" of the bedrooms away from guest activity areas, with view of park-like private front yard and mountain views. The Blue Room - Has a queen-size bed, lounge area, TV with Apple TV, attached full-bath, and a large, private patio with amazing mountain views. The Barbie Room - Queen sized bed, open slider to pool area, private outdoor sitting area, attached private bath, and TV with Apple TV - and of course, an incredible vintage Barbie Collection. Utility/Wash Room - Located between the Barbie Room and the Barbie Room is utility room with washer, dryer, and daybed. This is the perfect spot to place that unexpected or unwanted guest! LIVING SPACES: The formal living room 60's pop fashion decor with fireplace has plenty of seating for entire group to gather for visiting over cocktails. The adjacent TV room (AKA "The Marilyn Room") overlooks the front courtyard, has ample seating, and a large screen TV with Apple TV. Indoor dining is located off the kitchen on a vintage Knoll Tulip table with seating for six, and outdoor dining with seating for 10 under is within the covered patio. A very well equipped kitchen is located off the inside dining area - induction range and oven, coffee maker, microwave, plenty of appliances, and dinnerware. A separate serving counter is the ideal spot for setting up an indoor bar or buffet. There is even a small sitting patio off the kitchen that connects to the Blue Room patio. OUTDOOR: The completely private backyard is what make Leisureland super special. Lounging and entertaining areas surround the large pool. A covered patio protects the outdoor dining and TV area. A high-grade misting system surrounds the backyard on all sides, making the summer temperatures more than tolerable. Outdoor propane heaters and a large fire-pit add warmth even the chilliest of desert nights. A huge outdoor bar adds that extra convenience to that special gathering.
