Close to Cowes beach and just metres from central Cowes, with enclosed yard The space About the home “Silver Beach” is a single storey home in central Cowes, easily walking distance to the many supermarkets, cafes and restaurants that make up vibrant Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: Indoor Areas The home comprises an open plan kitchen / dining / living area (with TV and DVD player), leading to the outside undercover deck. There is a second living area (also with TV and DVD player) and the master bedroom with en-suite (with shower and toilet). There are another three bedrooms sharing the main bathroom (with freestanding bath and shower), a separate toilet and a European laundry. Outdoor Areas Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a fully roofed deck (with BBQ and outdoor setting) and enclosed rear area. A shared driveway with ample parking is also provided, with off-street parking for three vehicles. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven with gas cook top. Heating/Cooling Systems The home contains a reverse cycle split system unit in the main living area, and there are standalone heaters in each of the bedrooms. Bedding Configuration This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 9 guests: Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: One Set of Tri-bunks Bedroom 3: One Set of Single bunks Bedroom 4: One Queen bed Please note: The Tri-bunks have a double bed base with a single bed above it. Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
