Your coastal-styled 2BR apartment has seperate areas for you to relax in, and offers great value in our popular upmarket holiday destination. Perfect for a short getaway or extended beach stay, the apartment is fully -equipped, comfortable and inviting. We welcome couples, friends, families- young and old- workers, and travellers from near and far. Our guests love being just minutes from everything that Manly has to offer, and being able to park safely onsite without the stress of finding and paying for car-spaces. Just park and relax, as everything is accessible by foot. With an easy, flat paved access to all of the area's highlights you can enjoy a great variety of delicious cuisine at top-rated cafes and restaurants, then stroll to the nightlife, shopping, and entertainment options along The Corso. The weekend markets are great:) The picturesque Manly harbour is at the western end of The Corso, and is where you start the famous Manly to Spit walk. You can also catch the ferry directly into the city from here, and enjoy restaurants, and bars right on the harbour. Relax over a drink or cocktail and spend your afternoon and evening entertained by all the action on the water, and the beautiful sunsets. The netted area is wonderful for a swim, and there are some great snorkeling opportunities there too. If you are lucky you may even get to see a fairy penguin, seal or dolphin. The apartment features two queen-sized bedrooms with quality mattresses and linens, wardrobes, A/C, and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone in your group. We also provide a sofa bed in the loungeroom for guests that like to have the option of an additional bed. This room can be closed, so it becomes like a third bedroom. The bathroom includes a spacious shower with great water pressure and hot water, while the comfy lounge room features a reclining leather armchair, Smart TV, DVD's, retro CD's if you like 80's and 90's music, Wii games, Play Station, board and card games, and plenty of great books for all ages to enjoy. The fully-equipped kitchen, includes many amenities such as; a dishwasher, oven, induction stove-top/cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and full-sized fridge/freezer, as well as a dining area for up to five guests. Our apartment also features a study desk, making it ideal for remote work, or online learning. If you're travelling with an infant, we have everything you may need, including a travel cot, high chair, baby bath, and nappies- all complimentary. Beyond the comforts of the apartment, you'll find an array of exciting attractions and activities to fill your days at the seaside. Take a scenic walk along the beach promenade to The Corso, The famous Manly to Spit walk with its spectacular views, visit North Head, walk along the gorgeous coastline, snorkel or scuba dive in the marine park at Shelley Beach, or explore the many backstreets and side lanes for charming boutiques and cafes. Stroll to the beautiful wharf area overlooking Manly Harbour where you can swim, snorkel, kayak or enjoy delicious meals at waterfront restaurants at many top-rated restaurants such as Hugo's and Felon's Seafood, rent kayaks or catch the iconic Manly Ferry directly into the city. If you need to add more guests to your booking, please let us know PRIOR to your arrival as we understand that plans can change. When parking, please park on the right side as you drive into the property. It's easier for you to enter and exit if you park parallel to the main driveway, leaving room for our medium-sized car. To make it easier for you to reverse out, we recommend you do not park at an angle. Other things to note EARLY and LATE CHECK IN/OUT PACKAGE: We understand that sometimes your travel plans don't quite fit within the standard check-in and check-out times. That's why we offer an early and late check-in/out package for just $20 per hour. This package includes the car space too! Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to take advantage of this option as it's subject to availability and our cleaners' schedule for the day. It's a popular package, so we recommend booking ahead and letting us know your preferred check-in/out times and payment method. *If you don't need to book the early or late check-in/out package, check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. PARKING: *We're delighted to offer complimentary onsite parking for one guest car during your stay. Parking in Manly is a precious commodity, so we're happy to help you out with this. *If you need a permit for a second car, we can arrange that for just $30/stay. This will allow you to park for unlimited hours on our street and the surrounding streets. Please request this ahead of time so we can have it ready for you upon arrival. *EV Level 2 charger on site. $30/use. Pay at time of use, and arrange with host before using. LAUNDRY: We appreciate that there may be times when laundry needs to be done, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you. While there are no laundry facilities in the apartment, there are laundromats within walking distance, and some are just a short bus ride away. In case you need to wait for your laundry, there are plenty of great cafes and beaches nearby. *If you're staying for five nights or longer, we're happy to pop a load of laundry in for you at no extra cost. *Alternatively, for stays less than five nights, we can take care of your laundry for a small fee of $10 per load, which includes washing and drying. We've also provided an iron, and drying rack in your apartment for your convenience which is located under the bed in Bedroom 2. RING VIDEO DOORBELL: We care about your safety and security, which is why we use an external Ring video Doorbell as part of our security system. It's located at the front door, facing the street, and picks up motion. While our area and street are very safe, the Ring Doorbell is an added measure to ensure everyone's peace of mind.
