You most certainly will feel like you are in paradise and won't want your vacation to end! The living room is furnished with new and comfortable furniture, a smart TV, sleeper sofa, and overlooks the beachfront pool and sundeck. Unbelievable sunset views and dolphin watching right from your private balcony while sipping your favorite happy hour beverage or morning coffee! This condo has a king sized bed in the master with a private attached bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in shower. There are two twin sized beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper to accommodate your family of 6. We also have a king conversion kit for the twin beds to make an additional king size bed for a second couple to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the amenities of home including new stainless steel appliances to enjoy those home-cooked meals or enjoy the community gas grill on the sundeck to grill some burgers or your fresh catch. You will enjoy wifi throughout the condo to keep you connected, TVs in both bedrooms and the living room to enjoy an evening at your home away from home after a long day at the beach. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience, linens and towels are provided, and some beach towels too. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys are all here for your use! You have two assigned covered parking spots for your personal use in the garage. There is no elevator in this building, but this condo is on the second floor, just one flight of stairs above the garage! You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street. An award winning donut shop awaits you with fabulous confections and coffee. Be sure to go to the new SplashPark over by the Holiday Inn Harborside, steps from the condo. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parsailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores at Island Marine Rentals. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or check out Johns Pass to experience the waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. Guest access 5 days before your vacation starts we supply you with check in instructions with directions to the condo, parking instructions, and any codes you need to get into the condo. Your stay includes use of the entire condo, two covered parking spaces, beach chairs and an umbrella, private beach entrance, beachfront pool and sundeck area, and BBQ grill! Other things to note ****Please note: this unit sleeps 6 people total, this number includes all Adults, Children, and infants. Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years old.**** The condo is stocked with towels and linens for your stay and a starting supply of toilet paper, soap and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags, and there is a washer and dryer for your use. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay. This condo is on the second floor of a three-story building (the garage is the first floor). There is a unit above this unit, and on the left side, but nothing below it or on the right side of the unit. There is no elevator, so you will be required to climb one flight of stairs to reach the unit. Yes, there is free wifi!
