With monthly rentals only, the vacation property does not have the volume of visitors as places that offer nightly or weekly stays. We understand that everyone is concerned at this time, so here is what we do to try and keep you safe: • Contactless check-in and check-out- our keyless entry allows you to access the suite yourself • All bedding- mattress pad, duvet/comforter, pillow protectors are laundered between guests • Sheets and pillowcases and towels washed in high heat • All touch points disinfected throughout the suite In addition we will leave two days between rentals. This will mean that the “monthly” rental time will be 28 to thirty-one concurrent days but will not be starting and stopping at the beginning or end of the month.
