The nicely redone kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and tile flooring throughout the home. The home is surrounded by lush landscaping, making this a Hideaway Vacation spot. The view of the pool and yard will fill your days with sunshine and delight you with every look. Ample seating in the great room, open concept of the home. Allows you to move freely from the kitchen to the dining room to the living area. The master is bright and has French doors to the lanai, has a large walk-in closet, and the bath offers a large walk-in shower. There is a flat-screen TV along with a comfortable King-size bed. You will delight in waking in the morning and walking straight to the pool area for your morning cup of coffee. The split design of the home features the guest rooms split from the master. One guest room with a queen bed, TV, and the other with a queen-size bed and lots of space. The full guest bath is conveniently adjacent to the two guest sleeping quarters. In the neatly organized garage, you will find a washer and dryer, plenty of pool toys, and ample space for parking. The yard is fenced and ready to welcome your pet upon approval. Wi-Fi throughout the home and a cable TV package for your entertainment. *This home is pet friendly for (MAX 2) non-aggressive dogs (up to 35lbs) with a pet fee per pet (no cats). Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property. The home access code will be given the week of arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement & photo ID. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
