The historic villa from 1900 is located on the outskirts of the idyllic village of Naggio. The three-story building has a large garden with many exotic plants. The view of Lake Como (Lario) and Bellagio is unique. The historic village of Naggio lies between Lake Como and Lake Lugano. The house offers the ideal starting point for hikes to nearby nature reserves such as Parco Val Sanagra, Monte Grona, Monte Bregagno, and Monte Crocione. The space On the ground floor, there is a living room furnished in Boho style with a leather sofa and stool, 2 large armchairs and the TV, a dining room and the modern kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, oven (electric) and dishwasher.
