We are 20 minutes from Wintergreen Ski Resort, 15 minutes from Waynesboro and 20 minutes to Charlottesville. We are 5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway / Skyline Drive for Hiking /Cycling. This home has fiber Internet ( 1 Gbps) for working trips. The space 2,000 square foot house on 1 acre. (fiber internet - 1 Gbps) 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ( master has walk in shower, hall bath has tub/shower combo) Living room Kitchen, Dining Room ,Breakfast nook and Sunroom on one side of the home for gathering. Deck with grill Outdoor sitting area with a fire pit Guest access The entire house and the yard. The basement and the garage is off limits to guests. As well as the chicken coop at edge of property.
