Villa Arenaria (100sq.m.) is a luxurius stone-made villa with a 55sq.m. pool, private, elegantly decorated, spacious, combining serenity and comfort with all modern amenities. Set at a very convenient location, c. 1km from a unique, for its sunset & watersports, sandy beach, c. 100m from the closest minimarket and c. 1km from all the amenities of Lefkada town. Family-friendly with kids facilities (pool, playground). The space Arenaria is a ground floor villa of 100 m² total floor area with an additional 20 m² of terrace space that extends out of the living room. It features two bedrooms with refined and high quality furniture, each with its own bathroom and television. The dining room which has views to the swimming-pool is linked to a tasteful and fully equipped kitchen which, in turn, is separated from the living room by a stunning wooden partition, a distinctive element of Lefkadian architecture. Further along, one can find the living room of the villa which features two couches, one of which has three seats and extends to form a king size bed, an armchair and a large stool. All the villa has underfloor freshing, cooling and heating for the winter period. Also it has central A/C and complimentary wifi and 2 mountain bikes. Outdoors, there are plenty of possibilities for relaxing. Further to the sunbeds by the large pool, there is a shaded lounge area, while across the pool there is a covered area with built-in bbq facilities, woodburning oven & dining seating. The garden is neat and well-structured, with grass all around the villa and it includes two swings and a slide for our little friends, and an outdoor gym for adults (pull up system station with climbing rope & wood rings). Guest access The villa, the pool and its surrounding grounds are offered for the private use of our guests. Other things to note During peak season, mid-July till end-August, the system will only allow bookings with a Sunday check-in.
