Herdade da Aroeira is great for walking, jogging, biking and it is only 5 minutes away of stunning beaches. On summer it is permitted to access to the condominium swimming pool (payable) and there is two Golf Courses (18 holes) available as well as Tennis court’s (payable) . The apartment has one bedroom (large bed), a living room with adjacent dining room, one bathroom (hair dryer), a fully equipped kitchen (cooking plate, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dish machine, wash machine, fridge and freezer and all kitchenware, and a wonderful balcony facing a lake (golf course), where you can have your meals or just relax. The apartment has plenty of sunlight, and offers free WIFI connection and cable TV . Guest access Inside condominium there is a restaurant and coffee. Other things to note bwelcome! We want you to feel completely at home, however we kindly request you the following: • In order to ensure your safety as well as all your belongings. Please close door and windows whenever you leave. Any damage or robbery will be entirely at your responsibility if this rule is not followed; • Turn off the lights before you leave the flat. You will be helping saving energy as well as acting as ecofriendly; • Smoking only outside flat or building. Smoking on the balcony is allowed and use of ashtrays is mandatory; • Have consideration with other neighbors. Close door slowly and avoid noise. Note silence is mandatory from 10pm until 08am; • Do not move furniture; • No liability is assumed for any accident may occur during your stay. It is your own responsibility to have your insurance; • Please leave the kitchen as well as all flat clean and tidy as you found it on arrival; • Garbage: The waste containers (organic and recycled) are outside. Check-In and Check-Out: • Check In – From 3pm till 9pm (Late arrivals extra cost of 25€ to be paid on arrival); • Check-Out – Until 11am. • Due to terms and conditions we strongly recommend our guests to have a personal insurance in order to cover any accident or in case you have to cancel your reservation close to arrival date due to sickness or other emergency.
