This is a ranch style home with all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room & dining room on one level. The kitchen is loaded with appliances and cookware. The long private driveway & detached garage makes parking a breeze and the deck overlooking the back yard is great for entertaining or relaxing. The washer and dryer are accessible for all guests and there's a flat screen wall mounted TV in the living room. In addition to the 2 beds & sleeper sofa; there is a blow up mattress available that can be placed in living room. This home is legally permitted. Permit # SP2022-111. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, basement, garage, deck and yard. Other things to note The house can comfortably accommodate 1-6 people and has enough linens, towels, etc for 6 people. The smart TV has Roku. Please read the house rules. If a house rule is not followed you will be subject to a minimum charge of $150 per occurrence. Also, if the correct number of guests are not reflected in your reservation requests, you will owe the extra guest fees of $18 per person per night for each guest over two. You will also be subject to a minimum charge of $150 for stating an inaccurate number of guests in your reservation. The definition of a guest is any person who enters the home.
