This chalet is built on 4 floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. On the garden level, there are 4 bedrooms, including two luxurious master bedrooms with a gas fireplace and a private bathroom. The ground floor level offers you a 5th bedroom, a dining room served by a table made by a cabinetmaker that can accommodate 14 people. An outdoor dining room will offer stunning views of Lac Simon. The space The mezzanine level, for its part, offers you an entertainment area (poker table, billiards, foosball, etc.) that will ensure the enjoyment of adults and children! The outdoor layout offers you two large balconies (38' x 12') in Western red cedar overlooking the lake. Attached to the balcony, a large octagonal gazebo serving as an outdoor dining room will offer you stunning views of the lake and mountains. A second gazebo, still attached to the balcony, hosts a therapeutic SPA that will certainly contribute to your relaxation. A superb 6' x 65' cedar dock is available for you to dock your watercraft. The beach is fine sand and very safe for swimming since its slope is gentle, that is to say from 1' to 4' over a distance of more than 60'.
