With unobstructed views of the Tampa Bay and Sunshine Skyway Bridge. This property offers the perfect location with Beach Access directly across from the house as well as the Bayfront park giving you tons of things to do just outside the front door! If you'd like to explore further, ride a bike around the city of Anna Maria, or hop on the free trolley, just a block away, and head south into the city of Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. The trolley takes you almost the entire length of the island, so you never have to stress about driving, parking, or traffic. When walking into the property you instantly notice the open floor plan and all the natural light beaming from the wall of windows facing the water. The living room has a large sectional sofa as well as a 65 in smart tv perfect for streaming your favorite tv shows when relaxing in the house. The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze and use the wine cooler to keep your favorite beverage cold! Dining in— the dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating around the bar area. This area also has a half bath. Just off the kitchen outside you will find the recently added pool with two additional seating areas under a covered porch offering pleasant shade and an additional location to enjoy meals. The outside area also offers a putting green a large flat screen tv as well as a wet bar. An outdoor shower is also located outside perfect for rinsing off when coming home from a long day at the beach before jumping in the pool! Heading to the second level you have a split floor plan with the master suite to the right and three additional bedrooms and a bathroom to the left. The master suite offers a King size bed along with a 55 in smart Tv. Additional seating offered for the perfect place to read a book or "Bay Dream" out the window while watching the water. The ensuite offers a double vanity sinks a stunning walk-in shower and a standalone tub. Heading to the main area upstairs the family room offers comfortable seating options and a 55 in Smart Tv. It's the perfect place for the kids to hang out while the adults are enjoying the front porch that overlooks the Bay. This area also offers three separate bedrooms, two with Queen size beds, and the third room has a set of bunk beds. A two shared bathrooms are located in this section as well. Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The Master Bedroom offers a King size bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 offer a Queen size bed and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. Additional sleeping is also available on the sleeper sofa in the upstairs main area. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page. Other things to note 1. Please read the guestbook! Info like trash days, wifi passwords, and other things you need to know is located in the book. 2. Any people other than those in the guest party (renter) are the sole responsibility of the guest (renter). Parties and events are not allowed unless given prior approval from the management company and paid an event fee. If a party or event did happen at the house an additional fee will be charged to the card on file based on the property rented. 3. This home is privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4. Pets are only permitted with prior approval and upon completion of the Pet Addendum to the rental agreement. An additional pet fee does apply. 5. Please be considerate to the neighbors and not have loud music after 10 pm. 6. All items in the home and on the property, including DVD's, CD, books and games are intended for entertainment and enjoyment of the guests while staying at the house and are not to be removed from the home or property. The only exception would be those items which are intended for use at the beach. 7. Some properties have keys and garage/ gate remotes, if they are lost its $50 each to replace. 8. Please clean the grills after each use. There will be a $50 cleaning fee charged if grill is not cleaned. 9. No smoking allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only. ($500 cleaning fee applies if found smoking in house or smoke smell) 10. Please follow the departure instructions to help keep our cleaning costs down.
