Other things to note Please remove your shoes when entering the home. Maximum allowed number of guests is 4. Please inquire for a fifth guest if that guest is a small child. Please note townhouse is attached unit- hosts live on other side of the property. SMOKING/DRUG USE IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSE. If smoking is detected (this includes cigarette smoke, marijuana smoke, vaping smoke) a additional charge of $350 will be charged to the guest listed on the reservation. Pets not allowed (only service animals allowed) a $200 fee will be applied this house rule is not followed. Hot tub USE: no lifeguard on duty- use at own risk. Owners are not liable for injuries/illness/damages incurred by guests while using hot tub. Guests use hot tub at own risk. Please shower prior to hot tub use.
