Beautiful, modern condo overlooking a small lake, located right outside of the city! Just a short drive to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, the airport & only 5 minutes from I-26. This is a newly renovated, up-to-date condo in a quiet little neighborhood. The space is fully functional for 4 adults. There is a community pool that all guests will have access to for the duration of their stay. No pets, unregistered guests, parties or gatherings allowed. The space This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo that has been recently renovated and is in a safe convenient location. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second room has a king bed. The upstairs bathroom comes with blow dryers for each room as well. As for the living space the couch does not pull out. There are 3 flatscreen TVs which all offer Netflix via ROKU. There is coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen with all essential items, fireplace & hi-speed WI-FI. This unit offers keyless entry and 1 assigned parking space, if you are in another homeowners space you can be towed or incur a $35 charge. There is limited additional parking. The sofa has been changed to a single cushion sofa, same size and the balcony furniture has been changed. There will be an on-site host if you encounter any issues! Guest access The entire condo and community pool (closed Sept-March). Other things to note No 3rd party bookings allowed. One assigned parking space. Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises. A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning. No unregistered guests allowed. A $100 pp fine for unregistered guests. 10p quiet time inside/outside. No pets, parties, or “gatherings” allowed. No firearms allowed. The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.
