The space Tower 1 is located right in the middle of the resort giving you easy access to the beach and just a short walk to the lifestyle center. Located on the 17th floor, you will be able to have amazing panoramic views of the bay! Each tower has a heated pool and spa, easy access to the beach, and access to all Resort amenities including Spa, Fitness Center, and restaurants including Coastal, and Al Fresco. Guests also enjoy complimentary cable tv, wifi and covered parking. Onsite rentals of bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and other equipment is available. Bedding is King, 2 Fulls, and Sleeper Sofa Guest access Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound. The Lifestyle Center is the heart of Portofino where the restaurants (Coastal and Al Fresco) are located along with the onsite Starbucks, Indoor Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Market and Concierge are all located here.
