We individually own and operate our rental, with our own private housekeeping staff for our special guests. By being our guests, you are granted access to all amenities available to us as owners. The entire resort is yours to explore and enjoy as our guests in your own private, fully appointed, condo. You will receive a guest pass upon arrival from the guard shack, and guest keys to the condo at the front desk. (2 keys max available to guests.) *Guests must disclose correct # of persons staying inside the condo. Anyone outside of your reservation will not be granted entry through the security gate without owner's permission. SugarTop is an exclusive mountaintop gated resort. Parking is available to all guests in the well-lit and monitored overflow sections. You are shuttled to and fro by the resort's professional staff who are happy to escort you and/or your group. No one is allowed on property without advance notice and permission from the condo owners. You can feel safe and secure inside the resort with our 24-hour security. Outside the resort, before the ascent up the mountain, there is a Food Lion just around the curve. The closest gas stations are in nearby Banner Elk and Tynecastle. *Winter Months: All wheel drive vehicles, 4x4, or snow chains may be necessary for travel. This is ski country!
