All of SugarTop Resort’s on-site amenities will be yours for your stay. We personally supply this unit with all the essentials and a few extras: 3 Large HD wall-mounted TV's. Cable TV Channels. Private, 1-Gbyt High-Speed WiFi. DVD player. Collection of movies. 2 landline telephones. All bed and bath linens, supplied. Fully appointed kitchen, as pictured. Small appliances: Micro. Toaster. Reg Coffee Pot. Blender. (No crock-pot.) Heavily stocked meal prep wares. Pots, pans, dishes, drink-ware, utensils. Full-sized washer/dryer. (We do not supply detergent.) 4 Fans, 2 ceiling fans and 2 portable fans. *Aesthetic Only Fireplace. No Wood Burning; Resort Wide Burn Ban. During midday peak temps, simply open the windows & balcony door and enjoy the fresh mountain breezes. Atlas Trace has a beautifully designed Travel and Exploration theme. My wife has put her special touch on every room, and she hopes you will be delighted by her decorator's sense of attention to even the smallest of details. We offer all we can for our guest's comfort and happy traveler experiences. Some things are new- "out of the box" and others are repurposed treasures that serve a functional element or nostalgic appeal. Guest access SugarTop is Not a Hotel. We individually own and operate our condo rental, with a private housekeeping staff for our special guests. By being our guests, you are granted access to all amenities available to us as owners. The entire resort is yours to explore and enjoy. You will receive a guest pass upon arrival from the guard shack, and guest keys to the condo at the front desk. (2 keys max available to guests.) *Guests must disclose correct # of persons staying inside the condo. Anyone outside of your reservation will not be granted entry through the security gate without owner's permission. Extra person over 4 persons rate of $30 per person per night stay, applicable charge. 6 max allowed. **Parking Is In Overflow**Below the top and everyone takes our full-time complimentary Shuttle Van- To and From parking. You're able to unload/load at Entrance during check in-check out. Top Parking is Limited by Terrain and Resident occupancy status. 110 top-parking spaces for 320 units. Top parking Is Not possible even for all Owners. Overflow is well-lit & monitored by 24-hour Security.
