Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. Launching just few blocks from here. Private dock. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large covered patio. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or BBQ play corn hole, croquet on our large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!! This home is cleaned and sanitized before each stay. The living room and front bedroom have large windows from top to bottom so you can have a great view of the river and mountains. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook inside or outside on the BBQ (propane provided). The kitchen has a large island that seats around 6 people and we have a small table for 4 people. There is one small bedroom with a small bed probably suitable for children. Another bedroom with a queen bed, and one with two queen beds with bath. A full second bathroom also. Towels, soap shampoo, conditioner provided. Free WiFi and TV with cable in all the bedrooms except the small room. Enjoy the large covered patio with plenty of seating. If you have big groups we have 2 other rentals right next to the house. All rentals have a private patio, the beach and dock is shared unless not all rented. It's spacious and in a perfect location!! You are going to love it!! You have access to the entire house. Large covered patio. On the property there is a gate in the grass area to go down to our private dock and beach. You can use the dock to load and unload your boat and you can also tie your boat on the poles on the beach, at your own risk of course. We have about 300 ft of beach area. The beach does vary with the water level throughout the day. We have ample space to park your boats, trailers and more. There is a launching at the Chamber of commerce less than a mile from the house. Everything you need is close!! Guest can definitely text me or call for any questions at any time. Boat launch at the Bullhead City Park is about .7 miles from here. Casinos are right across the river. Take a short day trip and visit Oatman and see the burros and old western town. Rent ATV and go explore the Arizona deserts. The house is in a perfect location! Everything is close by. There are taxis, and a shuttle bus also. If you go across to the casinos you can hope on and off a river taxi boat from casino to casino. We have plenty of parking in a fenced area with your rental. Parking space for plenty of cars, boat and trailers for free.
