Hello, and welcome to Griff's top-floor condo in downtown Indianapolis. Four blocks from North of Monument Circle, four blocks West of Mass Ave. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom has plenty of space with a stocked kitchen. The building is undergoing a $6 million renovation (started May 1). I want to be transparent as some common areas (lobby, elevator, etc.) may not be as appealing as they will be in the coming months. I bought the condo as my first home in 2012, lived there for a few years, and now enjoy hosting. Conveniently located between Mass Ave and Monument Circle (five-minute walks), this location is perfect whether you are in town for business at the Convention Center, heading to a concert at the Old National Centre, or rooting for your team at Lucas Oil Stadium. 15-minute drive to Indianapolis Motor Speedway. You will have full access to the condo. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, and closets. I'm available if needed but won't be around unless you need anything, or just want to have a chat with a friendly fellow :) Mile Square in Downtown Indianapolis is home to Lucas Oil Stadium, the Convention Center, Mass Ave, Business District, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Circle Center Mall, the Statehouse, and much more. This centralized location is perfect to walk to conventions, ball games, museums, and nightlife. Parking: There is a garage at 327 N Illinois, open lot parking across the street, and street meters outside the building. The garage is $12 for 24 hours, which I recommend. Street parking is free on Sundays and holidays. The nice thing about Downtown Indy is the convenience of walking anywhere. The Indy Skywalk can be accessed just 4 blocks South (enter at the mall), which will get you to the Convention Center and near Lucas Oil Stadium indoors. On not-so-great Mother Nature days, an Uber / Lyft ride will run you ~$5 to get anywhere downtown. Indy is consistently recognized for its bike-friendly roads and trails. Renting a bike from the Pacers Bikeshare is a fun experience. Scooters are also available throughout the city. There is a garage at 327 N Illinois, open lot parking across the street, and street meters outside of the building. The garage is $12 for 24 hours which is what I recommend.
