Description

The tiny house cottage, overlooking Barrett's Park, has 2 twin beds, a complete bathroom with a shower and all utilities including cable T.V and Wi-Fi. There is plenty of outside seating for viewing the many varieties of birds. Also a dock and float is available for your use. We have kayaks or if you have a larger boat, we have a mooring when available. Enjoy the peace and quiet listening to the waves gently lap the shore, watch the osprey, Canadian geese, lobster men at work with their boats and traps. Or if you want more action the town center is a short 5 minute walk. There you will find unlimited shopping, restaurants and tour boats. We are located just off the Maine Island Trail between the Sheepscot and Damariscotta Rivers. Paddle in for a few nights rest. We have a great dock to tie up your kayak. The cottage has space for two people only. Transportation is available from the Portland International Jetport or from the Concord Coach bus stop in Wiscasset. You really do not need a vehicle once you arrive in Boothbay Harbor. Please be advised this IS a tiny house and your kitchenette IS separate from the tiny house!
