A short drive or bike ride to small town shopping and dining in quaint Suttons Bay. Twenty minutes to both Leland and downtown Traverse City. Located in the heart of Leelanau wine country. Almost everything in the house is new within the last five years including complete remodels of both bathrooms, the kitchen, bedrooms, and the walkout basement rec room. The beach and deck receive morning and early afternoon sun with shade later in the afternoon. The dock is sunny from dawn to dark. Beautiful private beach, dock, and elevated deck for sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Beach has a large fire pit and rustic seating.
