I added the loft, the spiral staircase, second floor on suite bath, custom kitchen, and unique cabin grade hardwood flooring. The home has a bit of a mountain modern feel with its design. The natural wood accents, rustic flooring, and black and white prints give it a bit of a loft or urban cabin feel. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, plates, wine glasses, both keurig, and auto drip coffee maker, and dishwasher. The home has air conditioning, a gas fireplace, high speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor seating area with grill and is pet friendly provided the appropriate pet fee has been paid. There is a large area of undeveloped space to the side of the home where deer can usually be seen most days. Turkey, fox, and the occasional bear are also known visitors, in addition to the bald eagle and osprey which are often spotted overhead while fishing the lake. Other things to note If booking last minute, it is possible that office may delay release of amenity use badges as time is needed to process paperwork. Beach and pool are generally open from Memorial to Labor Day provided lifeguards are available. School dismissal and starting can impact as most guards are high school students. 8 amenity wristbands are provided with each rental. They must be worn by anyone over the age of 5. Additional bands cannot be purchase, but they can be shared among your group.
