This lovely holiday farmhouse is situated in an absolut quiet position and without neighbours at a 2 km distance from the Vall Dor golf course with a highly recommended restaurant. At a 4 km distance there is the small village S'Horta with banks, shops and bars. The touristic resort of Cala D'Or with its beaches and is reachable in a 10 minute drive. At only 5 km there is Portocolom, one of these typical and lovely fishing harbours of Mallorca, where your visit is obligatory. The space This lovely house has superb views over the south eastern coast of Mallorca. The small entrance hall opens on the left to the lighty lounge, the dining area and the kitchen with breakfast bar, all with patio doors to the covered terrace and to the pool area. The villa is very nice and comfortable furnished. On the right side from the entrance are situated the 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two with twins. All the bedrooms with patio doors to the terrace and pool area and with the wonderful views. There are two bathrooms to share, one with a shower, the other with a bath.The house is surrounded by a terrace, partly covered where you can have your meals with the privileged views. There is the lovely pool area with sunloungers and shady pergola. Under pines a children play house and a sandbox is perfect for children to play. Table tennis available for fun of all the family. Info Electricity is produced by a generator located at a 50 mt distance to the house. If you are outside of the house you can hear a bit of noise while the generator is working twice the day for 2-3 hours.
