The stylishly furnished 78 sqm apartment is centrally located in the Wilhelminian Waldstraßenviertel (free parking in the courtyard, but the gate is very narrow - only cars with max. Uprising width 1.90 m). The apartment is also very easy to reach by public transport and only a few stops by tram from the train station. On foot you can easily get to the city center, the stadium, arena, zoo and adjacent Rosental, for strolling, relaxing, picnicking. The space The apartment is not only suitable for couples, but also for families and smaller groups. There is a large separate dining and lounge area with pub flair available. This room can be used for smaller family gatherings, game nights, but also as a place for meetings for up to about 10 people. Currently, the property offers sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people. If necessary, we are happy to provide an additional travel cot for children up to 3 years of age free of charge. Our guests have a fully equipped apartment with a cozy living room (sofa bed 140 x 200 and daybed 90 x 200), a bedroom with a large bed (160 x 200), a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, a bathtub with a separate toilet, a hallway, balcony and spacious dining or living room. There is a free parking space available in the courtyard. Attention: The gate passage to the courtyard is very narrow - only cars with a maximum contact width (total width without exterior mirrors) of 190 cm can pass through! Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building. Regular access is via a separate entrance right next to the bakery. Alternatively, access to the apartment is possible via the staircase of the apartment building, which is only accessible to residents and guests with the appropriate key.
