Historic one bedroom Queen Cottage with pull out in the living room, full kitchen with granite counters and bath, high speed internet and cable TV, screened in porch and BBQ grill. This cottage has all the charm of Old a step back in time in St Lucie Village on the Indian River Lagoon. The property boasts almost six acres of tropical bliss. Bring your boat or use our Kayaks, picnic on one of the Island within a 15 min Kayak trip or on our dock with a large terminal end and covered area for shade. If you like to fish this is the place for you, with the inlet only one mile away you can take your boat to the open Ocean two miles away, or fish in the Lagoon. For those who like to fish from the dock we have a fish cleaning station and rod holders as well as fresh water wash down. The dock lights up at night for you night owls. We have lots of books and games as well as a horse shoe pit. the ice machine is 800 lbs so you can fill your cooler before heading to one of our many beaches starting at 1 mile away. All holiday bookings are a minimum of 3 nights.
