Other things to note There is, however, the possibility for additional people to sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and a single bed in the bedroom, so that a maximum of 6 people can be accommodated. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans and satellite TV. The accommodation also offers board games, children's books, a cot, a crib and a highchair, which makes it particularly child-friendly. From the living room and kitchen you reach a private balcony with a view of the well-kept garden. The south-facing balcony with mountain views is accessible from the kitchen and a large west-facing balcony is accessible from the living room. Surrounded by high hedges and beautifully landscaped, this accommodation provides guests with a real feel-good atmosphere. Lake Starnberg is 9.4 km or a 16-minute drive from the holiday apartment and the beach of lake Starnberg is 24 km away. Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. The apartment is exclusively for non-smokers. A special technology with a fine dust filter ensures active ventilation with a constant supply of fresh air when the windows are closed. This prevents the entry of allergy-triggering pollen and fine dust. The bed linens are suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are not allowed.
