Thanks to the elevated location, the view toward Karlsruhe is unobstructed. From the balcony, you can enjoy wide views and, on clear days, even see the Turmberg in Durlach. The air-conditioned accommodation is located about 10 km from Karlsruhe, combining a peaceful setting with easy access. The space This appealing and chic apartment is characterized by an upscale interior. The apartment (about 98m ²) has three beautiful rooms, kitchen and bathroom and is very bright. The large balcony, on which it is easy to relax thanks to lounge furniture, is equipped with a barbecue. At good weather you can look directly towards Karlsruhe and can see the tower mountain in Durlach. The first bedroom has a double bed of 1.80m x 2m. Optionally, a bby bed can be placed here too. In the second bedroom there is a huge single bed of 1.20m x 2m and an double bed of 1.60m x 2m. If necessary, you can also spend the night in the living room. There is a large sofa bed and an optional air bed of 1,60m x 2m. Guest access The entire apartment is available to my guests. There is also a free outdoor parking space on the property for the car. Access is via a code lock and is therefore possible at any time without prior arrangement. ** Check-in may also be possible earlier by arrangement. ** Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, so that you can of course also cook yourself. Facilities include a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and stove. The bathroom is also nicely decorated with a bath including a shower. Just bring the toothbrush and it can be used. :) For more utensils there is enough storage space. Towels and everything else that is needed to live, is available in the apartment. Please note! Dryer and washing machine are available, but access only possible with the landlord and with a small fee. Bicycles can be stored dry at ground level in the lockable bicycle shed.
