Perfect for a family or friends get-away, with versatile space and sleeping arrangements to accommodate all your needs. Our first floor, single floor layout allows for ample space to live and stay. Full kitchen with all the essentials and more. Dining table that seats 6+. Stacked water and drying in unit and available to guests. Second bedroom offers full sized day bed with optional pull out twin trundle. Our condo is located in a two unit brick building. All spaces within our unit are private. There is a dedicated deck that does share a stairway with our upstairs neighbor. Small paved outdoor space is also shared. Garage space is dedicated. While all checkin will be remote, I am local and can be available if needed. Otherwise interaction via text, phone, or in-app messaging is preferred. Close to United Center for easy access to/from those games, concerts, or shows. Also convenient to UIC and Rush Hospital campus Garage parking is available and accommodates most all cars, up to small SUVs. Large SUV’s will not fit. In those cases, we can provide permitted street passes to allow for street parking. Closest El stop is the Division St Blue line stop (approx 1 mile away) The garage space can accommodate all sedans and most all small to medium SUV’s. Large trucks or SUV’s will unfortunately not fit. We can offer street parking passes in these instances.
