P4 - Large apartment at the gates of Kassel

The apartment of the SOVA Pension in Fuldatal is located right outside the gates of Kassel and is therefore easily accessible by car and public transport. INFORMATION in *ENGLISH* can be found below The space The property consists of a house section with private access and a total of ° 3 bedrooms ° 1 living/dining room ° 1 fully equipped kitchen and ° 1 bathtub on the 2nd floor with private access. The house section impresses with its size of about 125 square meters and is therefore perfectly suited for groups of 8-11 people. Directly adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is the living/dining room with a large table for up to 14 people and a balcony. In the dining room you can perfectly strengthen yourself with a good breakfast for the day or end the evening with a cozy meal. Another unit can be added through a connecting door and would create space for up to 24 people. This listing is also displayed on this platform, insofar as both units are free. Furthermore, we are happy to provide two cots for smaller guests and can set up a child-friendly play and dining area if desired. All beds are made and there are small towels in the bathrooms for drying hands and shower mats. Animal friends are also welcome on request – we look forward to your visit! ENGLISH: The accommodation comes with 3 rooms, one fully equipped kitchen, a living area and one bathroom on the 1st floor. In total you have 125 sqm at your disposal and it is a good fit for large groups between 8-11 people. Furthermore there is a dining area for up to 14 people which can be used for all kinds of activities (small conferences, (bachelor) parties etc.). Furthermore we can offer two baby beds for our small guests and can organize a child-friendly play corner and dining space in order to ensure you loved ones have a memorable stay. Upon request we offer dog owners to bring their pets as they are warmly welcome too - we look forward to your stay!
