This spacious vacation home is located in the center of the village on a 1800 m² property which is equipped with 4 apartments, in an idyllic environment. This holiday home has a living area of 213 m² and is divided into two separate floors, both of which can be booked separately. This is the lower floor (for your own use, you have about 350 m² of outdoor area available). This beautiful apartment is very modernly furnished on its 110 sqm! The space This spacious cottage is located in the middle of the village on a 1800 sqm property which is equipped with 4 apartments, in an idyllic environment, with its banana palms which evokes a special holiday feeling. This holiday home has a living area of 213 m² and is divided into two separate floors, both of which can be booked separately. This is the lower floor (for your own use, you have about 350 m² inside and outside). This beautiful apartment is very modernly furnished on its 110 sqm! The living space is divided into two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (180 cm x 210 cm), which is surrounded by two bedside tables on both sides with reading lamps. In one bedroom there is a flat-screen TV and in the other bedroom there is an additional guest toilet. Both bedrooms have a terrace door to a small and a large terrace which are also used as entrance doors. In front of the bed there is always a spacious wardrobe with mirror doors, which offers sufficient storage options for your luggage. The heart of the apartment is the approx. 35 m² living and sleeping room with an integrated kitchenette and comfortable dining area. On the pull-out leather couch (2.25 m x 1.74 m) you can relax after a day trip, while the flat-screen TV with satelliteTV and TV USB port provides entertainment. When pulled out, the couch offers two people a comfortable place to sleep. The open kitchen, with underfloor heating, allows you to cater for yourself with a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer, as well as numerous small electrical appliances, from a toaster to a kettle to a coffee machine. For shared meals, take a seat in the handsome dining area! In the bathroom there is a floor-level shower, a hand basin with toilet and laundry rack, as well as a bathroom window and underfloor heating. The apartment is heated with an oil heater. The crackling fireplace, which can also be used for heating, also provides a romantic flair. Just relax on your furnished garden terrace (which is about 17 m²) and you can also enjoy beautiful moments on the small covered terrace, which is also equipped with lounge furniture and a hanging chair. In addition, you can use the barbecue area for joint barbecue evenings. Dogs are welcome to be brought along by arrangement, but must still be kept on a leash outside. In addition, you can relax on the lounger in the garden (free sun loungers are available). A small sandbox with digging molds and a children's pool are available for our small guests. For bicycles, there are storage facilities at the holiday home. Free parking is available for each guest. For safety reasons and electricity theft, no electric cars are allowed to park on the property.
