The loft is within walking distance to Knoxville's best night life, restaurants, University of Tennessee sporting events, concert venues, and much more. This spacious loft can accommodate 8 guests and also includes a washer and dryer. Big windows with natural lighting. Some of our favorite restaurants are located directly outside the loft, and Market Square is only 5 minutes away. Other things to note • There will be a $50 charge if the keys are lost or taken. FREE parking at 305 W Vine Ave. We recommend using Google Maps, which will take you directly there. If you're using Apple Maps, continue up Vine Ave a little farther—the lot is on the right-hand side, across from the back end of the Crowne Plaza and the large Catholic church. • Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
