We invite you stay at our one bedroom, 1 bath, Single-Story condo with partial views of both the ocean and the harbor. Located at ground level, this beach chic getaway has been beautifully decorated and is meticulously maintained for comfort and convenience, with easy access from the covered parking garage. It includes plenty of closet space, wall-mounted TVs in the living room and bedroom, and cable and internet access. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook, serve and eat meals, including dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking dishes, a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, covered containers for leftovers, and a few staples such as paper towels, dishwashing detergent, spices and cooking utensils. The front room is furnished with a Queen sized sleeper sofa and loveseat, end tables with lamps, and a portable fan for your comfort. We have also provided a few games for your little ones to enjoy when it’s time to come inside. The dining table seats 6, and there is a bar setup, complete with glasses, mixer and ice bucket for your use. The bedroom has a small glass-top desk and chair where you can set up your lap top and work in privacy (if you can tear yourself away from the ocean!), and dressers and a night stand with a lamp and alarm clock once you turn in for the night. The gas fireplace provides ambiance and additional heat on chilly evenings. The condo comes with one reserved parking space in a gated and secure parking garage. Parking is available for additional cars in the same parking garage in non-reserved, 24 hour spaces. Guests enjoy quick and easy access to the beach, and are conveniently located to visit all the attractions Southern California has to offer from this luxurious condo located at beautiful North Coast Village!!
