Located on Sanborn Lake in Backus, MN, 2 miles east of Hwy 371 on Hwy 87. 23 miles to Leech Lake/Walker and 40 miles north of Brainerd. 2 miles to the scenic Paul Bunyan State Trail system. Sanborn Lake is a 230 acre lake that has 2.46 miles of shoreline and a maximum depth of 48 feet. Sanborn Lake offers opportunities for anglers seeking a variety of species. The lake has historically been known for its bass and panfish along with good numbers of Northern Pike. The clarity of the lake is anywhere from 15 to 25 feet during the entire season. Note: No single renters under the age of 25. This is a family cabin rental. No Pets Allowed. No Exceptions.
