There are dishwasher pods & a few laundry pods for your use. There is shampoo/conditioner & body wash available to use. Enjoy some games for the family and books to enjoy for different interests. The base price includes 2 guests. each additional guest is $25/night. Children under 12 are free, please send a request so I can give this discount. Please don't use more beds than there are guests. This is in an effort to keep unused areas as clean as possible and keep cleaning cost at a minimum. If extra beds are used without a request, additional cleaning fees will be applied. Early check in times can be requsted, but cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours before check in. If the home is ready, I'm happy to let you check in early at no cost. Requesting early check-in when booking does not confirm availability. Other things to note Dogs stay free, but must be disclosed upon booking. A pet cleaning fee may apply if pet rules aren't followed. 🚫NO cats due to severe allergy. No huge list of chores upon checkout! All we ask is for you to wash your dishes, gather towels, pick up & take out your trash, double check for belongings and lock the doors! Leave the beds, floors and the rest to us! Security cameras monitor the front and side doors to protect the property. They are on and recording 24/7. There are no cameras in private areas. Do not tamper with these or you will be immediately removed. The syncing device is behind the TV, but doesn’t monitor anything inside. Please read over ALL the house rules and info listed here. By booking you agree to all of them! Any stay longer than a month MAY require a cleaning and fee of $75 for every 2 weeks staying. I will request it on site.
