The space General Information: Wheelchair inaccessible. Pets allowed 25 pounds or under, fee of $80.00 per pet. No parties or disturbances. If guests are asked to leave for disturbance or bad behavior, no refund will be given. Guests provide their own meals. Owner or agent is not responsible or liable for any loss of tenant's personal property, accidents, injuries, or damage of any nature from any cause to tenants (including their guests or invitees) or by acts of God. Minimum two night stay or rent weekly. One night if available. Firewood provided at no charge. If extra storage is needed, storage unit may be provided at no additional charge.
