(Please note: the swimming pool can be heated for an additional heating fee, dependent on the length of your stay.) Situated in a quiet, peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood, this home is not suitable for large gatherings or parties of any kind. The property sits on 0.27 acres and covers 3480 square feet. Important: The host has a workshop in the garage, which is secluded and separate from the main property. She may occasionally be seen going inside and outside the workshop. Guest access Guests will have access to everything in our home except those cabinets and closets that are locked. Also included is the swimming pool and outdoor BBQ grill. We have ample private parking in the driveway. The garage is not accessible for guest use. Other things to note Please note that we cannot host parties or large gatherings of any kind. We will not tolerate any behavior that violates the house rules. I travel about 5-7 months out of the year for work. When in town, I am often working and going in and out of my workshop, which is located in the garage, separate and secluded from the main house. Long-term stays with a 10% discount are available as well. Please let me know at least 1 month in advance.
