Find peace and quiet, or all the adventures of Lake Coeur D'Alene. If you are looking for a party house, or setting for a multifamily gathering, our home is NOT for you. Single family reservations only please. Our home has 3 bedrooms, several pullout sofas, large back deck, sun screened sitting area, gazebo w/fireplace, and a large prvt dock. 20 minutes from downtown CDA. Due to the area we cannot accommodate large parties or events. We only allow up to 8 people and 4 cars w/1 boat trailer. We do have neighbors whose primary residence is next door, out of respect for them and the area we do not allow multi-family or large group gatherings/parties. The house if fully stocked with extra sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. There is a washer and dryer on site. Having the Lake right out the back makes out feel like you are right on the water. The house is situated as such to give privacy from neighbors, making this an ideal location to let your guard down and relax. Guests have full access to the house, lake front, and private dock, excluding the enclosed garage area. There is parking for three vehicles under the covered garage bays, with space for one additional vehicle uncovered. Please DO NOT park or drive on the grass - the home is on a septic system located under the lawn. We're here for you if you need us. Our person on point to help is Melissa. If She isn't able to respond quickly, our number is onsite to help! Dave and Jen Super private, end of the road, middle of "nowhere" like feel. We have neighbor nearby; they are some of kindest people that you will ever meet! Our neighbors keep a close eye on the area and keep us well informed of the property... any groups exceeding vehicle and occupant rules, will be asked to leave. The area is extremely quiet and serene, and we do our best to keep it that way for you and others around. We are 4 miles from a public boat launch (Carlin Bay). Carlin Bay does have parking available at a fee-for-day rate for boat trailers. We are 20-30 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene. There should not be anything to get in the way of your stay. If there is a cleaner, gardener, or repair man that should need to come while you are staying, we will ask for permission before that happens, and never grant anyone entrance without your permission. Not available for events or large gatherings.
