With 1100' feet of living space, this tri-level townhouse is furnished with new decor, new furniture, crisp linens, and welcoming touches. For the Bethel-going tourist that appreciates mountain views, while being a short mile from the heart of Bethel Village, this is the place for you! On the main level, there is a gas fireplace with a large mantel and brick surround. A cozy queen sleeper couch and an oversized chair and ottoman will welcome you in to chill after a day on the slopes or hiking the trails. There is a half bathroom on this level and a kitchen which is fully equipped with all of the cooking necessities you need in your home away from home. There are two decks off of this level; a small one off the kitchen equipped with a gas grill and a large deck on the front with comfy club chairs that face the panoramic mountain view and offers a perfect space to kick back and take in the low evening sun. Enjoy a slow morning on this deck with a cup of the locally roasted Greenwood Bean (the townhouse will come stocked with our favorite coffee). Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one is arranged with three comfortable bunk beds that are large enough for adults to use. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and mountain views. Each room has a full closet and they share a full bathroom. The lower level of the townhouse has garage access, the locked-out owner’s storage closet, the utility area, and a washer and dryer which you are welcome to use. Traveling with a young child? The townhome is stocked with a pack and play, high chair, toddler bed rails, and assorted books. Important Notes: Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas. Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. All properties are self check in.
