Happy Place On Lake Sunapee - 10 minutes from the ski resort

Situated on the east side of the lake, this four-season home provides majestic views of the sunsets and sun exposure most of the day - creating a perfect all-season getaway. We get beautiful, southwest breeze off the lake. The house is conveniently located only 10 minutes away from the Mt Sunapee ski resort. The main floor encompasses a cozy family room and dinning room which is adjacent to a fully renovated kitchen with brand new appliances. Spacious deck with amazing lake view is accessible from the family room by large sliding doors. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a laundry room on the first floor. The upstairs has four bedrooms--two with full views of the lake (king and queen size beds). The third bedroom has 2 full size beds and the forth one is a "kids room" with 2 bunk beds and a trundle twin. There is another bathroom on the second floor. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 7 kids, additional 2 pull out couches in family room accommodate up to 4 extra people. Enjoy the peaceful solitude of the lake while only a quick drive from Mt. Sunapee - less than 10 minutes. Kids want to water ski or go tubing? Bring your boat (or rent) and use our dock! Perfect place to go kayaking - we have 2 kayaks available for our guests. Kids want to hike a mountain or go zip lining in the summer? Bring them to beautiful adventure park at Mount Sunapee. If theater interests you, go take in a play at the well known New London Playhouse. Or make reservations and tour the lake on a huge boat. Or simply chill out, do nothing and be on lake time! Lake Sunapee is one of the largest, cleanest and most beautiful lakes in New Hampshire. We are about 5 miles from New London with shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and 25 minutes from Hanover NH (Dartmouth) with its shopping, restaurants, etc. Other nearby activities include great hiking trails, antiquing, water skiing, fishing, snowmobiling, public tennis courts, and cross country skiing.
