Sleep to the sound of the waves

I The first thing you will notice inside B224 is how sparkling clean and new it looks. In December, 2023 it was painted with unique designer colors from top to bottom. Gorgeous quartz counters were added. A door was installed for greater privacy in the master bedroom. All of the accessories were chosen to complement the amazing ocean environment you are in. Enjoy your time in paradise! The space This is a one bath one bedroom condo. The couch folds into a very comfortable queen size bed. The bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker and everything you need to make coffee, a blender, a toaster and a hot water appliance. There is everything you need: pots pans, cookie sheets, silverware, plates bowls etc. This is my residence. I cook a lot. There are two 55 inch TVs. They are Roku TVs. I have cable with HBO and Showtime. The internet speed is the fastest Cox provides. There are beach towels, a wagon for towing your equipment. a cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs an umbrella and a boogie board. The property has a multitude of amenities. There are 2 pools and 3 jacuzzis. A tip is to use the pool and Jacuzzi in the A building across the street. It is usually less crowded. There is an excellent gym with cardio machines and weight machines. There is a sauna and men’s and women’s bathroom. There are pool tables, ping pong tables and a putting green. Equipment can be checked out at the guard shack by leaving your ID. Other things to note The checkout time is 11AM to allow us sufficient time to clean for the next guest.
