The space I love the open and airyness of the house. Each bed on the main level has 2 firm and 2 soft pillows as options for every guest, as well as window unit air conditioners. Everything is new. The stairs to upper level are steeper than typical stairs. Weather permitting, the exterior will also be finished soon. It's quaint, comfortable and close to the bustling downtown. And minutes away from nearly any reason you would have for visiting. Take advantage of all that Wausau has to offer! Guest access Guests have access to the main and upper level of the house. The basement is inaccessible to guests. There is a 3 season porch and a fenced in backyard. Off street parking is adequate in the driveway. Other things to note Some of my favorite places to eat include Thrive Foodery, the Red Eye, and The Great Dane restaurants. If you want breakfast stop down to The Mint and say hi to my friend Joe, the owner. If the night life is what you are looking for, try Malarkey' s next door to the Mint. The Great Dane gets a little crazy on occasion, so check them out too. The Jefferson St. Inn is an upscale dining and drinking establishment which may be worth a look also. For something a little more down to earth, try the Public House.
