Quaint Cottage close to Vanderbilt and Downtown

The Cottage is in trendy Midtown Nashville, near Downtown, Broadway, Music Row, Parthenon, and Hillsboro Village. The Cottage is sandwiched between Vanderbilt & Belmont. Our neighborhood features many chef-driven restaurants and bustling bars. It is just one or two blocks from Vanderbilt Medical Center, Children's Hospital, and the VA Hospital. Its walkability and proximity to downtown and other unique neighborhoods make it an exceptionally convenient area to stay in Nashville. The space The Cottage has 13 windows filled with fresh everything! Recently updated with new appliances, paint, and doors. Kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher plus washer and dryer! Bathroom with everything new: subway tile, fixtures, floor. Both Queen beds with memory foam mattresses, fresh bed linens, blankets, and towels. WiFi with Smart TV (Roku and other free apps, load your own preferred paid streaming service). Spacious family room with sleeper couch (be aware the mattress is not very thick and may not be comfortable for adults) ; kitchen has everything needed to cook including the coffee pot and coffee and tea kettle and tea. Guest access Self-check-in with electric lock codes, to ensure safety for all guests. Full access to the cottage, except for one utility closet. Other things to note Parking for The Cottage is in a private lot off the back alley. One free parking space is available on site. We have free parking for 1 or 2 vehicles in a private lot about 2 blocks away. We have identified additional street parking options close by on a first come basis, and we have a free private lot about 2 miles away for any overflow vehicles at one of our other properties. If you have trouble negotiating steps please study the pictures to make sure you can handle them.
