We want to take the hassle out of your vacation, so we don't simply provide the minimum.....we provide unlimited toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, condiments, etc. So pack your clothes and get your food, drinks and firewood - that's all you're responsible for. Fall in love the minute you walk in to see the open concept with soaring ceilings, a wall of windows out the front and thick beams across the top. Enjoy a state of the art kitchen with everything you need and many things you'll like. Make your favorite smoothie or frozen cocktail in the Ninja blender with easy clean up on the granite counters. The lower level is great for kids to have their own space with several beds, a living area with a flat screen TV and a DVD player as well as a fireplace and board games. The main level is great for family time, catching a movie on Netflix or just quiet time by the fire. The 2 level covered deck is perfect for dining outside, sitting in the rocking chairs gazing at the deer drinking from the stream or warming by the wood fireplace during the chilly evening. And it's always a good idea to end the evening relaxing in the hot tub. For a little more adventure, the following activities are minutes from the cabin: hiking, horse back riding, fishing, tubing or zip lining. At Rustic Mountain Memories there's something for everyone, so get comfortable, be our guest and stay awhile! You will have access to the entire 1,700 square foot cabin and 1.4 acres. There is a keypad for your convenient access with a code specific to you for the length of your stay. We live several hours from the cabin, so we will not bother you during your stay:-) We are available at any time, though, and have local assistance if any issues should arise that would require immediate attention. Rustic Mountain Memories is located in the beautiful HOA community of Weaver Creek Mountain. The community is a combination of cabins utilized as rentals, second homes and primary residences. It is a very welcoming community with neighbors far enough away to have your own space but close enough if you need anything. The cabin is not close to any public transportation. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, and you would need a car to travel.
