The popular Rehoboth Crossing neighborhood is conveniently located to outlet shopping, Jungle Jim's water park, restaurants and the famous Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk (2-miles). Rehoboth Beach was recently ranked one of the top family beach destinations in the US. The neighborhood also has a community pool and fitness room! Our property backs up to the Cape Henlopen State Park and you have easly access to the Breakwater Junction bike trail. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (Check in - 3pm/Check out -10am). Beds easily accommodate 6-8 adults only: top twin bunk has a maximum weight allowance of 125lbs. No additional guests beyond the maximum (9) allowed. One set of towels will be provided per guests and there is no laundry exchange available during your stay (Full-size washer and dryer provided for your use). 1 set of linens provided for each bed. We start you off with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, condiments,and coffee filters for your convenience! 5 beach chairs, boogie board, football and, frisbees are available for your use!
