Safety gate for child protection located at the swimming pool. To have the pool and hot tub heated is charged $40.00 per night, must be all the nights of your stay. Guest access My guest will have access to all the features that Solterra Condominium offers. At the club house you will be able to enjoy the Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Lazy River, Playgrounds, Tennis Courts, and a Soccer Field. When you check in at my house I will send you the codes for you to have access to all these features. Other things to note The property is managed by the company Go Vacation Homes, it's a property management company, on the check-in form we request your ID and Credit Card to keep a copy just in case of damages.
